SAQA Unit Standard 123518 – Demonstrate tactical proficiency with a Self-loading rifle or Carbine
This unit standard applies to persons who will need to use a self-loading rifle or carbine in a tactical environment for the purpose of private or public law enforcement or in the interest of personal development.
A person credited with this unit standard will be able to:
- Demonstrate self-loading rifle or carbine techniques.
- Demonstrate shooting techniques in a business environment.
- Operate a self-loading rifle or carbine from the sling and weak-handed and or support handed in a controlled, stress-induced environment.
- Function as a member of a tactical team.
This course will teach you the aspects of tactical fire and movement with a Self-loading rifle or Carbine
